Estimates & Pricing

Any estimate, proposal, authorization or pricing provided for a specific job is governed by the terms supplied with that estimate or service agreement.

Deposits & Payment Terms

For jobs with a total contract price over $1,000, a 50% deposit is required to secure scheduling unless different payment terms are stated in the written estimate or service agreement.

For jobs requiring a deposit, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the scheduled work unless another payment schedule has been agreed to in writing.

For service calls and jobs of $1,000 or less, payment is due at the time service is performed unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.

Special-order materials, permits, equipment or other project-specific costs may require advance payment when identified in the estimate or service agreement.

Service Availability
